Paul spent 15 years in London as CEO of Cramm Francis Woolf, as they built their reputation for outstanding creative with campaigns for American Express, Shell, Intel, the British Army, British Telecom, and many other UK and international brands. The agency won the UK Direct Marketing Association gold award in 2002 for best CRM program and the Precision Marketing Grand Prix for best overall campaign, and was one of five finalists for UK Agency of the Year.
